Taken during a tour on the Arctic Circle Trail in Greenland in 2012. Would you have known or even guessed that this is what the ice free parts of Greenland look like in the summer? I found the landscape to be very wide and diverse, impossible to imagine.

So this is what it looks like under all the ice? ... Nice.
A very nice picture. The horizon is perfectly situated at the golden ratio between the upper and lower part of the picture. The blue of the water which is nearly the same as the sky makes the landscape float in the image. A great effect due to the composition. At the same time, this light blue/green structure in the foreground of the water keeps the balance between up and down. The colors are also marvelous, with these red and yellow tones of the rock and the green cover varying from light to dark. It seems to me, you had a great trip this summer and this is another perfect scene to remember . Thanks, for sharing it with us.
